Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Hair Trainer, located in Pune. The Hair Trainer will be responsible for planning and conducting hair training sessions, developing training materials, demonstrating techniques, and assessing participants' progress. The trainer will also provide one-on-one guidance and support, ensure a positive learning environment, and stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling and care. Qualifications Skills in Hair Styling, Hair Cutting, and Hair Care Experience in developing and delivering training materials Ability to demonstrate techniques and provide hands-on guidance Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of the latest trends and techniques in the hair industry Ability to assess participants' progress and provide constructive feedback Experience working in the beauty or cosmetology industry is a plus Relevant certifications or qualifications in hair styling and training
