Social Media Marketing

Job Summary:

The Social Media Marketing Executive is responsible for managing and growing the company’s presence across all social media platforms. The role involves creating engaging content, running paid campaigns, monitoring performance, and increasing brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Management
• Plan and create daily social media posts (images, videos, stories, reels, etc.).
• Write engaging captions and ensure brand consistency in tone and design.
• Schedule posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
• Marketing & Promotion
• Run social media ad campaigns and boost posts.
• Promote new products, offers, and seasonal campaigns (e.g., Diwali, Dhanteras).
• Collaborate with influencers and partners for brand promotion.
• Strategy & Planning
• Develop monthly content calendars and marketing strategies.
• Suggest new trends and creative ideas for audience engagement.
• Track social media analytics and report performance (reach, engagement, followers, etc.).
• Customer Engagement
• Respond to messages, comments, and reviews promptly.
• Build community relationships and maintain a positive brand image.
• Team Coordination
• Coordinate with the design and sales team for product photos, updates, and promotional needs.
• Support showroom campaigns and events through digital marketing activities.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp marketing.
• Basic photo/video editing (Canva, CapCut, or similar).
• Understanding of digital advertising and analytics.
• Strong communication and creativity skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing (preferred).
• Freshers with creative skills and social media knowledge are welcome.

Working Hours:

[Example: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday]

Salary:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
