Performance Marketer

We are looking for a Performance Marketer to plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms. The role is data-driven and growth-focused, ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Run and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and targeting strategiesMonitor campaign performance daily and adjust budgets, bids, and creatives for best resultsPerform A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, and landing pagesAnalyze data using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and reporting dashboardsOptimize conversion funnels to improve ROI and reduce acquisition costsCollaborate with design and content teams for impactful creatives and messagingStay updated with the latest industry trends, ad policies, and performance toolsRequirements:

2–5 years of proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign ManagerAnalytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and reporting toolsKnowledge of SEO, retargeting, and email marketing is a plusCreative mindset with strong ad copywriting and audience-targeting abilityStrong communication and organizational skillsJob Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
