Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage daily human resources operations and support overall HR functions. The role involves recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, compliance, and assisting in building a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing:
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
  • Maintain employee database and records.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and HR-related issues.
  • Promote employee engagement activities and a positive workplace culture.
  • HR Operations & Administration:
  • Prepare and manage HR documentation (appointment letters, offer letters, contracts, exit formalities).
  • Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll data in coordination with accounts/finance.
  • Performance & Training:
  • Assist in performance management processes and appraisal systems.
  • Support training and development initiatives.
  • Compliance & Policies:
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee data and HR operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
