Assist in planning the weekly/monthly content calendar.
Schedule posts, reels, and stories across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).Ensure consistency in posting frequency and brand tone.

• Content Creation Support
  

Brainstorm creative ideas for reels, posts, and stories in line with brand campaigns.
Write engaging captions, hashtags, and hooks for social media posts.Coordinate with the design team to get creatives/videos ready on time.

• Community Engagement
  

Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions promptly.
Engage with followers by liking, commenting, and sharing relevant content.Monitor brand mentions, hashtags, and user-generated content.

• Social Media Research & Trends
  

Track latest trends, trending reels/audio, and suggest ideas for quick execution.
Research competitor pages and share insights for improvement.Experiment with new content formats (polls, Q&A, stories, behind-the-scenes).

• Performance Tracking & Reporting
  

Monitor reach, engagement, followers growth, and other key metrics.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.Suggest improvements based on analytics and insights.

• Campaign Execution
  

Assist in executing ad campaigns with the marketing team (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
Ensure creatives and captions are optimized for paid promotions.Track campaign performance and report key learnings.

• Collaboration & Coordination
  

Work closely with graphic design intern for creatives and marketing team for strategy.
