Role Overview

You will be responsible for strategizing, creating, and managing content across all our social media platforms. This role demands strong creative thinking, aesthetic understanding, and hands-on experience in short-form video creation (Reels), content planning, and brand storytelling.

You will work closely with the founder, design team, and marketing partners to build a cohesive brand identity and drive engagement, visibility, and sales.

Key Responsibilities


Content Strategy & Planning

Develop monthly social media content calendars aligned with brand goals and campaigns.

Plan themes, hooks, trends, and format ideas for Reels, product posts, stories, and ads.

Brainstorm creative directions such as festive campaigns, product spotlight, gifting ideas, BTS, customer testimonials, etc.

Content Creation

Instagram Reels

Shoot aesthetic product photos & short clips for daily content.

Create visually appealing posts, carousels, story templates, and promotional creatives.

Maintain the brand’s visual language — premium, warm, elegant, and food-focused.

Account Management

Upload content regularly with proper hashtags, captions, and tagging.

Monitor insights and optimize content based on performance analytics.

Manage community interactions — replies, DMs, comments, and customer queries.

Stay up to date with food, gifting, and lifestyle content trends.

Brand & Campaign Support

Assist in planning collaborations with influencers, boutique hotels, events, and gifting partners.

Support marketing activities such as festive campaigns, product launches, and B2B outreach.

Ensure consistent brand tone, storytelling, and messaging across platforms.

Paid Ads & Digital Support (Optional but a bonus)

Basic understanding of running Instagram/Facebook ads, including boosting Reels and creating simple ad sets.

Coordinate with digital agencies if required.


Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management (F&B, D2C, lifestyle, or gifting brand preferred).

Reel editing tools

Good understanding of Instagram trends, audio, hooks, and algorithms.

Ability to shoot aesthetic content using a phone camera.

Strong communication skills and creative thinking.

Basic design skills (Canva / Adobe is a must).
