Job Title: Export Documentation Executive Job Summary The Export Documentation Executive is responsible for preparing, managing, and coordinating all export-related documents in compliance with international trade laws, customer requirements, and company policies. The role ensures accurate, timely, and smooth execution of export shipments while coordinating with internal teams, freight forwarders, customs authorities, and clients. Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage complete set of pre-shipment and post-shipment export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, BL/AWB, LC documents, etc.). Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and buyer’s specifications. Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, CHA, transporters, and other logistics partners for smooth movement of goods. Verify Letters of Credit (LC) terms, prepare LC documentation, and ensure timely submission to banks. Maintain and update records of all export shipments and documentation. Liaise with internal departments such as sales, production, and accounts to ensure accurate documentation. Monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely dispatch and delivery. Handle queries related to documentation from clients, shipping companies, and banks. Support audit and compliance requirements by ensuring proper filing of export documents. Stay updated with changes in export-import policies, trade regulations, and documentation requirements. Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of export-import procedures, documentation, and compliance requirements. Familiarity with Incoterms, Letters of Credit, and international shipping terms. Good communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems. Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask effectively. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Commerce, Logistics, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in export documentation and logistics (preferably in manufacturing/export companies). Job Title: Accounts Executive – Junior Location: Gurgaon Department: Accounts & Finance Reporting To: Senior Accountant / Accounts Manager Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accounts Executive to support the accounting and finance operations of our export manufacturing unit. The role involves handling day-to-day bookkeeping, assisting in statutory compliance, coordinating with banks and auditors, and ensuring timely and accurate financial documentation specific to export transactions. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Bookkeeping Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally/ERP system. Record day-to-day journal entries, sales, purchases, expenses, and petty cash transactions. Support reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable. Export Documentation & Banking Assist in preparing and maintaining export-related financial documents (invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, etc.). Coordinate with banks for realization of export proceeds, LC documents, and foreign remittances. Track receivables from overseas clients and follow up for timely payments. Compliance & Reporting Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings. Prepare supporting data for audits, internal and external. Maintain records for DGFT, customs, and other regulatory authorities as required for exports. Coordination & Support Work closely with the documentation, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure smooth export transactions. Provide financial data and reports to management as requested. Support senior accountants in monthly closing and preparation of MIS reports. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting (B.Com or equivalent). 0–2 years of experience in accounts, preferably in a manufacturing/export environment. Knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS basics. Familiarity with Tally ERP / other accounting software. Good MS Excel and MS Office skills.
