Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and other relevant platforms. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness while ensuring consistent messaging and tone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy:
• Plan and execute monthly and quarterly social media strategies.
• Stay updated with platform trends and algorithms to optimize reach and engagement.
• Community Engagement:
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
• Foster meaningful interactions to build an active community.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Track and analyze social media metrics to assess performance.
• Prepare detailed reports and suggest actionable improvements.
• Campaign Management:
• Launch and manage paid social media campaigns to boost visibility.
• Monitor ad performance and optimize for better ROI.
• Collaboration:
• Work with marketing teams to align social media efforts with overall brand goals.
• Coordinate with influencers and partners for collaborations and campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics tools, and algorithms.
• Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design platforms.
• Knowledge of paid ad campaigns and budget management.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in running successful social media campaigns.
• Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
