About the work from office/internship


Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:


1. Identify potential clients through online research, databases, and social media platforms.

2. Analyze market trends and client needs to target relevant industries and companies.

3. Initiate contact with prospective clients via email, phone calls, and social media.

4. Draft and send customized outreach messages to generate leads.

5. Schedule and participate in meetings with potential clients to understand their needs.

6. Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales pitches.

7. Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and move them through the sales funnel.

8. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

9. Keep detailed records of interactions with clients and update CRM systems regularly.

10. Prepare daily/weekly reports on outreach efforts and client acquisition progress.

11. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align client acquisition strategies.

12. Provide feedback on client responses to help refine outreach techniques.

13. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve your skills.

14. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for client acquisition.

Other requirements

1. Students or recent graduates pursuing a degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.

2. Individuals with a strong interest in sales, client acquisition, and business development.

3. Self-motivated individuals who are eager to learn and take initiative.

4. Those with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

5. Candidates who can work independently and as part of a team.

6. Individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

7. People with basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales strategies (preferred, but not mandatory).

8. Individuals with a positive attitude and a willingness to take on challenges.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. You will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of per lead conversion).
