About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Marketing Intern who is passionate about digital storytelling, trend-spotting, and creating engaging video content. This role will give you hands-on experience in crafting platform-first content, building online communities, and driving brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities -

Content Creation

• Conceptualize and produce high-impact video content (Reels, YouTube videos, etc.) aligned with current trends.
• Independently shoot and edit using tools like Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar.
• Develop attention-grabbing hooks, captions, and formats that maximize engagement.

Trend Spotting & Strategy

• Stay updated on trending formats, viral audios, and new social platform features.
• Contribute to shaping platform-first, audience-relevant content strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns with scroll-worthy content.

Collaboration & Ideation

• Work closely with internal teams to translate briefs into bold, on-brand content.
• Bring fresh creative ideas—angles, formats, storytelling structures, and more.
• Support scheduling, publishing, and performance tracking to optimize output.

Community Engagement

• Engage with audiences via comments, DMs, and interactive formats.
• Track key performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Assist in building and nurturing an active, loyal online community.

Requirements

• Prior experience in video content creation (personal projects, freelance, or brand work).
• Proficiency in video editing tools (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with Instagram’s algorithm, content trends, and audience behavior.
• Strong eye for trends and ability to adapt them into original, brand-aligned content.
• Solid copywriting skills for captions, hooks, and storytelling.
• A proactive self-starter who can ideate, shoot, edit, and publish independently, while being a collaborative team player.

• Portfolio: Must have a portfolio showcasing prior work.
• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
• Location: Candidates must be based in Gurgaon or willing to commute to the office.
