Position Details:

Role: Social Media Marketing Intern

Location: Work From Home

Reporting To: Social Media Manager

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: Unpaid

Working Hours: 2–3 hours daily (Flexible)

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content for platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns

• Research trending topics, audience interests, and competitor strategies

• Track engagement metrics and prepare weekly performance reports

• Coordinate with the Design and HR teams for cross-promotional campaigns

• Maintain content calendars and ensure timely posting

Required Skills:

• Creativity and understanding of social media trends

• Basic Canva skills (or willingness to learn)

• Strong communication and time-management

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
