Role details

• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop visual and written content (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.).
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences to inform content strategy.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and track their performance using analytics tools.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and help build a strong online community.
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of posts.
• Assist in influencer outreach and partnership coordination.
• Provide weekly reports on engagement, reach, and other key metrics.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.) are a plus.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
