Role Overview:

We’re hiring a Social Media Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and publish content: posts, carousels, stories, reels/shorts
• Build and maintain monthly

  content calendars

  aligned to goals
• Write hooks, captions, and CTAs that match brand voice
• Daily engagement: reply to comments/DMs, community interactions
• Trend & competitor research; hashtag and topic mapping
• Coordinate with design/video for creatives (briefs + feedback)
• Track metrics (reach, saves, profile visits, shares, CTR) and give weekly insights
• Support campaigns tied to

  lead gen funnels

  (Meta/LinkedIn/Google Ads alignment)

Requirements (Must-Haves):

• Strong written communication and social media sense
• Basic content tools:

  Canva

  and/or simple video editing
• Understanding of Instagram & LinkedIn fundamentals (algorithms, formats, best practices)
• Organized, consistent, and proactive with deadlines

Nice to Have:

• Awareness of hooks/copy frameworks
• Basic analytics literacy (what to track and why)
• Exposure to performance marketing or creator workflows
