We’re looking for a passionate, creative Social Media Intern who wants to dive into the world of digital marketing. At Digital Orix, you’ll assist in executing campaigns across multiple client brands, learning how to tailor content and engagement strategies to different industries. This internship is your gateway to hands-on agency experience, working alongside creative designers, copywriters, SEO, and Ads teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in scheduling posts and stories for different client accounts using Meta Business Suite or similar tools.
• Research hashtags, audio trends, and competitor strategies for fresh ideas.
• Help draft catchy captions and post copy aligned with brand voices.
• Track daily metrics like reach, engagement, and follower changes.
• Maintain organized folders of approved content, reels, and campaign assets.
• Engage with comments and DMs to build community under supervision.
• Capture UGC screenshots, influencer posts, and compile them for reporting.
• Support small influencer outreach tasks (initial DMs, tracking deliverables).
• Prepare basic Excel or Google Sheets reports on social activities.
• Stay updated on Instagram & LinkedIn feature updates, trends.
• Coordinate with designers for quick revisions on creative assets.
• Help QA published posts to ensure correct captions, tags, and links.
• Attend brainstorm sessions for campaign ideas.
• Learn the basics of running paid promotions and tracking spends.
• Assist in creating short reels using tools like InShot or native IG tools.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn functions.
• Creative thinker, strong curiosity for trends & reels.
• Good written communication skills.
• Comfort with Canva or simple video editing tools is a plus.

Nice-to-Have:

• Personal Instagram or small brand project experience.
• Familiarity with Meta scheduling tools or any analytics dashboard.

• Must have done course related to digital marketing.
