Role Overview

We are looking for a talented Social Media Marketing Executive with strong design sense, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with Canva, YouTube SEO, and AI tools. The ideal candidate should be creative, proactive, and have a strong academic foundation (70% or above throughout academics).

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).

Design high-quality creatives, thumbnails, and marketing assets using Canva and other design tools.

Optimize YouTube channels and videos for reach, ranking, and engagement (SEO, metadata, thumbnails, tags).

Track social media performance, derive insights, and implement improvements.

Develop and maintain monthly content calendars and campaigns.

Monitor trends, competitor activities, and new platform updates.

Use AI tools to enhance efficiency in content creation, research, and optimization.

Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging.

Assist in strategy development for brand building and audience growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.

Strong expertise in Canva and creative designing.

Good understanding of YouTube SEO and content optimization techniques.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Hands-on experience with AI productivity and content tools.

Ability to analyze data and prepare basic performance reports.

Strong academic track record with 70% and above throughout.

Creative thinker with attention to detail and ability to produce high-impact content.
