The ideal candidate should know how to create engaging content, understand Indian audiences, and use social media platforms to promote our brand and increase customer engagement.   Social Media Management: ·        Develop, implement, and manage our company’s social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). ·        Create, curate, and schedule engaging content tailored to each platform. ·        Monitor social media channels and engage with the community to foster growth and brand loyalty. ·        Respond to customer inquiries and comments across social media channels promptly and professionally.   Content Creation & Editing: ·        Capture high-quality photos and videos for use in social media posts, website, blogs, and other marketing materials. ·        Edit photos and videos to create visually compelling content that aligns with the Brand & aesthetic and voice. ·        Create graphics and visual content using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc. ·        Develop engaging multimedia content like GIFs, short videos, and infographics to increase interaction. ·        Animation video 2 D or 3 D will be additional advantage Campaign Planning & Execution: ·        Develop and execute creative and effective social media campaigns to promote products, services, and events. ·        Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with company ·        Track and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.   Skills and Qualifications: ·        Proven work experience as a Social Media Developer or similar role in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation. ·        Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and their respective best practices. ·        Proficient in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.). ·        Strong understanding of SEO and social media algorithms and how to optimize content for maximum reach. ·        Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with audiences in a creative and friendly manner. ·        Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. ·        Basic knowledge of website development, HTML, and CSS (optional but a plus). ·        Experience with social media analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc. ·        Attention to detail and high standards of creativity and design.   Educational Qualifications: ·        Bachelor & degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred). ·        Relevant certifications in social media marketing or content creation (preferred)   (NO ANY KIND OF CONSULTANCY CHARGES)
