About Us

Social Media Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management

  • Handle day-to-day management of company’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Plan and post engaging, high-quality content (images, videos, reels, stories) aligned with brand voice.
  • Maintain a consistent posting calendar to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Content Creation & Engagement

  • Brainstorm creative campaign ideas and trends relevant to the baby care industry.
  • Increase organic engagement (likes, shares, comments, saves) by interacting with the community.
  • Work with graphic designers, video editors, and copywriters to create engaging content.
  • Paid Advertising

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.).
  • Monitor ad performance, analyze ROI, and ensure efficient ad spends.
  • Influencer Marketing

  • Identify and connect with relevant influencers (parenting, lifestyle, baby care niches).
  • Coordinate product collaborations, negotiate deliverables, and manage influencer contracts.
  • Ensure influencers deliver high-quality videos/reels and brand-aligned content on time.
  • Analytics & Reporting

  • Track key performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, impressions, conversions).
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports and provide insights to improve campaigns.
  • Brand Development

  • Stay updated on social media trends and competitor activities.
  • Suggest innovative ideas to build brand visibility and customer trust.
  • Collaborate with customer support to resolve social queries/complaints.
  • Other Responsibilities

  • Support email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in website/blog content for SEO growth.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations for campaign alignment.
  • Ensure timely execution of festive/seasonal campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (1–2 years) in Social Media Marketing, preferably in FMCG / D2C / Baby Care brands.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and influencer marketing.
  • Hands-on experience in Meta Ads / Google Ads.
  • Knowledge about Canva.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to generate insights from data.
  • Creative thinker with trend awareness.
