We at ANJ Creations are looking for a self-motivated and proficient Social Media enthusiast who

has the experience to join our Social Media marketing/ Account management team. Experience

working with Marketing/Advertising Agencies would be preferred.

Social Media marketers who have experience in handling ORM for the client/brand-

Evening Shift- 2PM to 11PM; 6 days working (one day off)

Responsibilities:

➢ Monitor social media platforms, review sites, forums, and other online channels for

brand mentions and customer feedback.

➢ Engage with users by responding to queries, complaints, and reviews in a timely and

professional manner.

➢ Generate ORM reports with key metrics, trends, and improvement areas.

➢ Provide data analysis and metric reporting for clients.

➢ Help team in developing engaging social media strategies

➢ Assist in posting, scheduling posts on different social media platforms.

➢ Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best ORM practices.

Qualifications:

➢ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

➢ Minimum 1 Year experience in social media marketing domain in Creative and Digital

Marketing Agencies

➢ Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).

➢ Proficiency in many social media platforms (Insta, twitter, Facebook) for campaign

management.

➢ Proficiency in social media listening and monitoring tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout

Social, Brandwatch, Google Alerts).

➢ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle crisis situations.

➢ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
