Key Responsibilities

This role is central to building brand visibility, amplifying artist campaigns, and driving audience engagement across social and digital platforms. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a strong understanding of the music industry, digital culture, and the influencer landscape.


Influencer Outreach & Partnerships

  • Research and identify influencers, creators, and tastemakers who align with our artists and brand.
  • Initiate and manage outreach for collaborations, promotional campaigns, and content partnerships.
  • Coordinate influencer agreements, timelines, and deliverables with precision and clear communication.
  • Track and analyze influencer performance metrics to measure impact and optimize strategy.


Social Media Management

  • Manage day-to-day posting across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, etc.).
  • Create and curate engaging content that reflects artist identities and label branding.
  • Schedule posts, monitor comments/DMs, and identify opportunities for real-time engagement.
  • Track performance analytics and recommend content adjustments to boost reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with artists and internal teams to support social-first storytelling and campaign promotion.


Research & Insights

  • Monitor music industry trends, competitor activity, and shifts in digital and cultural behavior.
  • Conduct audience and market research to support data-driven campaign planning.
  • Provide insights on emerging platforms, content formats, and influencer trends.


Marketing & Branding

  • Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns for artists, releases, and label initiatives across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with internal teams.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels, supporting both visual and messaging standards.
  • Monitor campaign performance, compile reports, and recommend improvements based on data.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within music, entertainment, or creative industries.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and current cultural trends.
  • Experience working with influencers and/or content creators.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project-management skills.
  • Genuine passion for music, culture, and digital storytelling.


Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, or comparable platforms.
  • Experience using influencer marketing tools (e.g., GRIN, CreatorIQ, Upfluence).
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
