About the Role:

Social Media Marketing & Client Servicing Executive

This role bridges the gap between clients and our internal teams — ensuring ideas are executed seamlessly, goals are met, and the clients are delighted every step of the way.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Servicing & Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Understand each client’s business, objectives, and target audience to craft relevant strategies.
  • Coordinate between clients and internal teams (design, content, and strategy) to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups, reviews, and performance updates with clients.
  • Manage client feedback and ensure smooth execution of revisions or campaign updates.


Social Media Marketing

  • Develop and implement monthly social media strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve social media performance.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ideate campaign concepts, captions, and content calendars.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, aesthetics, and message across platforms.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, providing monthly reports and actionable insights.


Creative & Strategic Inputs

  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and emerging tools.
  • Bring innovative ideas to enhance engagement and audience growth.
  • Suggest platform-specific strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
  • Monitor competitors and industry activity to identify opportunities for differentiation.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum

    2 years

    of relevant experience in social media marketing and client servicing.
  • Excellent

    oral and written communication skills

    .
  • Strong

    negotiation, presentation, and relationship management

    skills.
  • Deep understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite etc.) is a plus.
