Job Description: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketer who can take complete ownership of our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have 1+ years of hands-on experience in creating, designing, scheduling, and managing posts tailored for diverse audiences. The role requires strong knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and strategies that drive engagement and generate high-quality leads for business growth. The candidate must have the ability to independently design graphics, create compelling content, and manage campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. Experience with international postings, audience targeting, and running paid ad campaigns will be a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective social media marketing strategies for domestic and international audiences. Create engaging and visually appealing designs, posts, reels, and stories using design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). Manage daily postings across platforms and ensure brand consistency. Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitors to optimize campaigns. Plan and execute paid ad campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness. Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build online communities. Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to measure ROI. Collaborate with the business development team to align social media efforts with lead generation goals. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in social media marketing. Strong knowledge of domestic and international social media platforms. Ability to design creative content and manage end-to-end campaigns. Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills. Familiarity with lead generation through paid and organic methods.
