Position: Social Media Manager (Team Lead)
Work Days: Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM

About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager who’s ready to work in a fun, fast-paced environment, managing top brands and leading a talented team of 5–6 members. The ideal candidate should have both strategic vision and hands-on editing skills (including Canva and video editing), while ensuring content aligns with brand voice and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging, creative, and innovative content for regular posts to educate and inspire audiences while promoting brand-focused messages.
  • Coordinate social media messaging with advertising departments, brand managers, and align with quarterly or seasonal company objectives.
  • Lead and manage a social media team (copywriters, designers, video editors, content creators), providing feedback, guidance, and direction.
  • Audit and analyse brand social media presence, including digital ad spends, performance metrics, and ROI.
  • Monitor competitor activity and emerging trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create social media timelines for new product launches, ad campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools to drive improvements.
  • Maintain and update social media content across all channels to ensure brand consistency.

Technical Skills Required

  • Proficiency in all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Strong working knowledge of Canva and video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Skilled in PowerPoint for presentations and report generation.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication Studies, Journalism, Creative Writing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 of experience in social media management.
  • Strong creative and analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects.
