Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across multiple social media platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing high-quality content, building brand engagement, and analyzing performance to drive measurable growth.

Your day at ZepoMart will include crafting compelling posts, collaborating with marketing and communication teams, managing community interactions, and staying up to date with the latest social media trends and technologies including generative AI tools. You will play a key role in shaping our digital voice and brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative social media strategies aligned with brand goals

• Create engaging visual and written content using Canva and AI-based design tools

• Maintain and optimize company profiles on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.

• Monitor performance metrics and generate reports for continuous improvement

• Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build strong online communities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaign planning and execution

• Track industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities

• Manage social media marketing campaigns end-to-end

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience managing social media platforms for brands or businesses

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)

• Proficiency in Graphic Design using Canva and AI-based tools (including image generation tools like MidJourney, DALL-E, etc.)

• Strong writing skills with a flair for storytelling and brand messaging

• Ability to analyze insights, trends, and performance data

• Creative thinker with problem-solving mindset

• Experience with social media scheduling and management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
