Job Description

We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Marketing Manager to lead social media strategy, content creation, and client servicing for our Singapore-based clients. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong project management skills, hands-on design ability, and a deep understanding of digital platforms. You will oversee two remote Marketing Executives and act as a key liaison with clients, ensuring brand consistency, engagement growth, and campaign performance across all channels. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop and execute content calendars, manage daily posting, monitor performance, and optimize engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Client Servicing & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Understand their goals, manage expectations, and ensure timely delivery of assets and updates. Project Management: Lead the planning and coordination of campaigns and initiatives, ensuring on-time execution with high quality and alignment with brand guidelines. Content & Visual Creation: Design or direct the design of impactful creatives (social media posts, ads, banners, etc.) using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools. Branding & Growth: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and design, while developing strategies to expand social media reach and audience engagement. Team Leadership: Guide and support a small remote team of Marketing Executives, aligning efforts with campaign goals and business strategy. Competitor & Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to uncover insights and inform content and campaign direction. Paid Advertising: Oversee or support paid social campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, optimizing for reach and ROI. Skills & Qualifications: ✅ Must-Have: 4+ years of proven experience in social media management, content creation, and client servicing. Strong graphic design skills and content sense (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator or similar). Project management experience and ability to multitask across campaigns and clients. Familiarity with running paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads. Experience managing or collaborating with remote teams. Excellent communication and time management skills. Willingness to work in alignment with Singapore time zones. ✅ Nice-to-Have: Exposure to SEO, SEM, or content marketing. Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Ads Manager. Experience in a digital agency or working with international clients.
