We are a fast-growing social media marketing agency, helping brands build a strong digital presence with creativity, strategy, and performance-driven campaigns. We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team and lead social media strategies for our diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute effective social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
• Manage day-to-day client accounts, including content calendars, posting, and reporting.
• Collaborate with the creative team to design engaging graphics, videos, and reels.
• Write impactful captions, scripts, and ad copies aligned with client goals.
• Monitor trends, competitor activities, and industry updates to keep content fresh and innovative.
• Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.).
• Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and present results with recommendations.
• Engage with online communities, respond to comments/messages, and build brand loyalty.
• Work closely with clients to understand their brand voice, products, and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• 1+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (agency experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with paid campaigns, analytics tools, and content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English + Hindi/Regional language preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹10,794.13 - ₹40,831.81 per month
