Role Overview:

Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

Content & Creative

• Write engaging scripts for reels and short-form content.
• Develop strong copy for posts, captions, and campaigns.
• Plan monthly content calendars tailored to each brand’s tone.
• Ideate creative concepts for reels, carousels, and campaigns.

Design & Visuals

• Create social media graphics (static posts, carousels, highlights, banners).
• Work with designers and editors (or self-execute basic design tasks).

On-Ground Execution

• Visit shoot locations to brief photographers/videographers.
• Coordinate brand shoots, gather references, and ensure content quality.
• Understand trending formats and ensure shoots align with planned concepts.

Strategy & Management

• Schedule posts and manage publishing across platforms.
• Monitor insights, trends, and analytics to improve performance.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual and written communication.

Requirements

• 6 months – 1 year of experience in Social Media Management.
• Strong script writing + copywriting skills.
• Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva/Photoshop preferred).
• Ability to ideate, plan, and execute content independently.
• Understanding of Instagram trends, audio, and growth strategies.
• Comfortable coordinating on-ground shoots.
• Excellent communication & project management skills.
