Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Siliguri. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, optimizing social media presence, and managing social media marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include content planning, posting updates, tracking engagement metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in developing Content Strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with analytics tools to track and report social media performance
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus
