Job Position - Social Media Specialist (Female)

Roles & Responsibilities: -

- Create visually appealing posters for online use, such as social media or website banners.

-This role requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.

- Manage and optimize the company’s website for SEO, ensuring it is user-friendly and aligned with best practices.

- Oversee social media marketing efforts, poster creation, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement across various platforms.

- Create and manage social media, company’s blog and email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.

- Manage and optimize online campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram.

- Analyse and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and customer needs.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.

- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.

- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in an industrial sector.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
