Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement creative social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage content calendars, schedule posts, and ensure timely publishing.
  • Create engaging and high-quality content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, polls, etc.) aligned with brand identity.
  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with the online community to build a loyal audience.
  • Track performance metrics, prepare monthly reports, and optimize strategies based on analytics.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the design, marketing, and content teams for campaign planning.
  • Run and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. (if required).

Requirements

  • Proven experience (2–4 years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Meta Business Suite).
  • Creativity and an eye for design — ability to work with graphic designers or create basic visuals in Canva/Photoshop.
  • Basic knowledge of paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Video editing skills for short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
  • Experience with influencer marketing collaborations.
  • SEO basics for social content optimization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
