Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager at THE GLINTED FRAMES in Thane. The Senior Social Media Manager will lead the digital presence of multiple brands by combining sharp strategic thinking, trend understanding, and data-backed decision making. This role demands someone who can turn insights into powerful, viral-worthy content and growth strategies while leveraging modern AI tools to work smarter and faster.

Qualifications


  • Conduct deep research on brands, market positioning, competitors, and audience insights.
  • Develop clear brand strategy presentations, defining tone, positioning, and storytelling direction.
  • Plan and lead content strategy: ideation, scripting, and copywriting aligned with brand and campaign goals.
  • Use trending AI tools to speed up research, content generation, and workflow without compromising quality.
  • Design and execute viral-focused content strategies aimed at growth, engagement, and retention.
  • Stay ahead of social trends, formats, and cultural moments to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Manage client communication: understand briefs, set expectations, and ensure smooth feedback and delivery.
  • Collaborate with designers, editors, and performance teams to execute campaigns end to end.
  • Track platform analytics and KPIs to optimize content, posting patterns, and growth strategies.
  • Oversee monthly content calendars, production schedules, and timely execution across platforms.
  • Present campaign ideas, strategies, and performance reports confidently to clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity, tone, and visual language across all digital touchpoints.


Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing brand social media accounts (real estate/e-commerce experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging formats.
  • Proven experience in scriptwriting, storytelling, and content planning.
  • Strong grip on trends, meme culture, and viral content mechanics.
  • Hands-on experience using AI and digital tools to improve speed, research quality, and content ideas.
  • Smart, solution-oriented mindset – able to think beyond theory and act practically.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients, brands, and deadlines with clarity and calm.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience guiding designers, editors, and junior team members.
  • Good aesthetic sense and understanding of visual storytelling.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, idea-driven environment.
Nice to Have
  • Understanding of paid promotions, media planning, and performance analytics.
  • Experience working with photographers, videographers, and content creators.
  • Experience in building and scaling social media pages from scratch or turning around underperforming accounts.
