Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive social media content strategies aligned with the brand’s mission, vision, and goals. Collaborate with the design team to create and curate high-quality, engaging content, including text, images, videos, and stories. Schedule and publish content consistently across all social media channels. Use content calendar tools to plan, organize, and maintain a regular posting schedule. Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely, professional manner. Foster engagement by participating in relevant conversations, using targeted hashtags, and sharing user-generated content. Prepare and present regular reports with insights, trends, and actionable recommendations. Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to ensure alignment with overall brand campaigns. Partner with influencers and content creators to expand brand visibility and engagement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in social media marketing, digital content planning, or a related discipline In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and their algorithms. Strong content creation, editing, and storytelling skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities to assess performance and optimize strategies. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
