The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving recruitment efforts, managing HR operations, developing and enforcing policies, and fostering a strong, positive workplace culture that aligns with our core values. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end HR functions with a focus on talent acquisition and retention. Design and execute effective recruitment strategies across all departments. Drive employee engagement initiatives and performance management systems. Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and HR best practices. Align HR strategies with overall business objectives. Maintain and manage HR systems, records, and documentation efficiently. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in HR management and talent acquisition.
