About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative, strategy-driven Social Media Manager who is comfortable with shoots, understands content deeply, and can manage both clients and internal teams efficiently. This role requires hands-on execution along with strong planning and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals
• Be actively involved in on-ground and studio shoots (coordination, content direction)
• Create and oversee UGC content, including script writing and ideation
• Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and platform updates
• Design basic creatives and posts using tools like Canva
• Communicate effectively with clients, understand their requirements, and manage expectations
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, video, performance) to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor content performance and optimize strategies accordingly

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in social media management or related roles
• Comfortable with shoot environments and content production
• Strong knowledge of UGC formats, scripting, and storytelling
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi
• Basic proficiency in Canva or similar design tools
• Creative thinker with a strategy-first approach
• Strong client-handling and team coordination skills
• In-depth understanding of social media platforms, terminology, and trends
