Social Media Manager


What you’ll own:


Content Creation

Craft beautiful, brand-aligned content across formats — from photos and reels to behind-the-scenes and UGC — that reflects Sleeplove’s luxury-meets-realness aesthetic.


Social Strategy & Execution

Design and execute a smart, trend-aware social media strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and community-led growth — not just followers.


Platform Ownership

Lead Sleeplove’s presence across Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and emerging platforms. Know what works where — and why.


Community Engagement

Be the voice of the brand online — responding to DMs, comments, and stories to build real, meaningful connections with our audience.


Analytics & Iteration

Track what’s working (and what’s not). Use insights to shape content direction, improve engagement, and scale impact.


Influencer Partnerships

Identify and collaborate with creators who align with our world. Pitch, negotiate, brief, and build long-term relationships with influencers who get Sleeplove.


UGC & Customer Stories

Turn our real customers into our best storytellers — sourcing, curating, and amplifying authentic moments that reflect our brand values.


Cross-Team Collaboration

Work closely with product, brand, and design to ensure everything we put out feels cohesive, intentional, and distinctly Sleeplove.


What we’re looking for:

  • 3–5 years of

    social media or content experience

    , ideally in a D2C/lifestyle brand
  • Someone who genuinely lives the internet — trends, culture, creators, conversation
  • A deep sense of

    aesthetics

    — you know when something feels off-brand, even if no one else notices
  • Great with people — you can handle influencer negotiations, agency calls, and meme DMs
  • Can think like a marketer but create like a storyteller
  • Highly self-driven, detail-oriented, and not afraid to test, learn, and move fast
