Role Overview

Visual Designer

requires using AI and motion-based creative tools

What You’ll Be Creating

• Design high-quality, on-brand visuals for

  social media content

  : carousels, stories, product posts, Reels covers, and more
• Develop digital assets for

  emails, WhatsApp creatives, packaging inserts, and ads

• Create visuals for

  campaigns, product launches, emailers, and other digital content

• Own and evolve the

  visual identity

  across all platforms and touchpoints
• Design

  motion and animated content

  for social and web
• Actively use

  AI and modern creative tools

  to improve design workflow and output
• Work closely with the

  founders and content team

  on both everyday content and hero campaigns

What You Bring:

• 1–4 years of experience in graphic design for a lifestyle, fashion, or D2C brand
• Strong aesthetic sense: layout, typography, visual storytelling
• Deep understanding of

  social-first content

  and what performs visually
• Already experimenting with or using

  AI and video/motion-based design tools

• Fast, proactive, detail-oriented, and aligned with Sleeplove’s brand ethos
• Bonus: A creative portfolio or IG feed that reflects your design eye
