Customer Experience Executive | SleeploveAbout Sleeplove:


Sleeplove is a modern restwear and rituals brand, designed around the philosophy of rest.

We create elevated essentials that help people slow down, through comfort-led sleepwear, thoughtful rituals, and storytelling rooted in softness and intention. We’re deeply customer-obsessed, & every interaction is treated with care.


About the Role:


This is not a traditional customer service role. It’s a high-touch, emotionally intelligent, brand-facing position for someone who thrives on human connection. As our Customer Experience Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers across WhatsApp, Instagram, and email. You’ll help them feel seen, guide them through choices, resolve concerns with care, and softly convert conversations into sales.

What You’ll Do:


1. Customer Experience & Support


  • Manage all customer interactions across WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, email, and chat.
  • Help customers with sizing, gifting, styling, and order queries
  • Resolve concerns with warmth, efficiency, and clarity, in Sleeplove’s brand voice
  • Softly guide customers to conversion with no hard-selling
  • Track follow-ups and keep conversations organised


2. Customer Insights & Feedback Loop


  • Track customer queries, product feedback, and patterns
  • Share insight reports weekly with the product, marketing, and ops teams
  • Help the team improve product, content, communication, and customer touchpoints based on feedback


Who You Are:


  • 1–2 years in a customer-facing or service-led brand role (D2C/fashion/lifestyle a plus)
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Warm, composed, and emotionally intelligent communicator
  • Thoughtful and organised with strong follow-through
  • Confident in sales or conversations
  • Familiar with Gmail, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and Instagram
