Job Description: We are looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our social media efforts and enhance our brand’s digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies, managing content calendars, overseeing campaigns, and driving engagement and growth across all major platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with overall business goals and marketing campaigns kCreate and oversee content calendars for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, Pinterest Lead the creation of engaging, high-quality content in collaboration with designers, content creators, and videographers Monitor social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices to improve performance and engagement Manage day-to-day operations of all social media accounts, ensuring timely posts and responses Analyze performance metrics, generate regular reports, and use insights to optimize content and strategy Plan and manage paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) Build and maintain relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and online communities Ensure brand consistency in voice, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field 3+ years of proven experience in social media management or a related digital marketing role Deep understanding of all major social media platforms, trends, and best practices Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, etc.) Strong analytical skills with experience in social media analytics and reporting Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of graphic design ( Canva , Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools is a plus Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Experience: Social Media Manager: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 16/06/2025
