Social Media Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our company’s online presence. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
• Manage and maintain company profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube, TikTok, and others.
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, image, video, and stories) tailored to each platform.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and prepare regular reports.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, budgets, and audience targeting.
• Stay up to date with platform changes, emerging tools, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Creativity, adaptability, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with paid social media advertising and influencer marketing.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
