Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing content creation, community engagement, performance tracking, and brand consistency across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals
2. Manage and grow the brand's presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and emerging channels
3. Plan and schedule posts using social media tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite)
4. Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video, and reels)
5. Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports
6. Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build community relationships
7. Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency
8. Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform best practices
9. Plan and execute paid campaigns in coordination with the digital marketing team

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Hands-on experience with social media tools and analytics platforms
•  Strong copywriting and content creation skills
• basic graphics knowledge

•  Excellent communication and multitasking skills
•  Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

Preferred Skills:

• Video editing skills (for reels or stories)
• Influencer marketing exposure
• Experience in running ads (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads)
