✨ About the Role

We are looking for a creative, dedicated, and strategic Social Media Manager to manage our brand’s online presence from anywhere. This is a full-time remote position, requiring strong communication skills, discipline, and the ability to deliver high-quality work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a monthly social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create and manage a consistent content calendar
• Write engaging captions, plan campaigns, and coordinate content creation
• Work with design/video teams or create basic designs when needed
• Monitor trends, competitor activities, and platform updates
• Engage with followers—respond to comments, DMs, and community messages
• Run and optimize paid advertisement campaigns (if required)
• Track KPIs and provide weekly/monthly performance reports
• Collaborate remotely with internal teams for marketing alignment
• Maintain brand tone and ensure high-quality content delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager (freelance or full-time)
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends
• Proficiency with tools like Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
• Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
• Basic understanding of analytics and data-driven strategy

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Experience with SEO, influencer collaborations, or performance marketing
• Basic photography/videography skills
• Experience managing brand or influencer pages
