● Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for multiple brands across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
● Coordinate with design and content teams to create engaging visuals and captions aligned with brand tone.
● Work directly with clients: manage expectations, gather feedback, and present reports or strategies.
● Track key metrics and performance (reach, engagement, followers, conversions) and prepare monthly reports.
● Stay updated with trends, platform updates, algorithm changes, and competitor activity.
● Manage social media ad campaigns (basic knowledge is a plus).
● 2 to 4 years of experience in social media management.
● Strong understanding of platform-specific content and audience behavior.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
● Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, etc.
● Basic knowledge of social media paid advertising is a plus.
● A portfolio or examples of past successful campaigns (especially influencer collaborations).
