About Us

Pushti Shangar is a leading brand in Thakurji Shringar jewellery, serving Pushtimarg followers globally, while Pushti Zaverat specialises in high-end ladies’ jewellery. Across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, we combine tradition and creativity to connect deeply with our audience.

We’re looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Manager who can own our social presence end-to-end — from content scheduling to lead tracking and community engagement.

Job Responsibilities

Platform Management

-Manage 2 Instagram pages, 2 Facebook pages, and 1 YouTube channel with different posting frequencies.

-Post twice daily on Pushti Shangar (IG, FB, YT) & twice weekly on Pushti Zaverat (IG, YT), following our weekly content themes.

-Schedule posts in advance using Metricool.

-Track the post status for each content piece in the Shoot List & Post Tracker.

Engagement & Lead Handling

-Respond to all comments, DMs, and messages within 1 working hour.

-Follow up on previous inquiries and log all leads into the Inquiry Sheet.

-Maintain a 100% lead logging accuracy rate.

Brand & Content Quality

-Ensure all content follows brand guidelines for tone, fonts, colours, and feed aesthetics.

-Maintain visual consistency across platforms.

-Coordinate with creative team to prepare high-quality graphics and videos.

Page Growth & Optimization

-Update profile bios, links, highlights, pinned posts monthly.

-Monitor audience reactions and propose viral content ideas.

-Research trends for content adaptation.

Marketing Funnel & Ads

-Assist in creating landing pages, ad creatives, and retargeting campaigns for Facebook & Instagram.

-Track ad performance and recommend improvements.

Performance & Reporting

-Prepare a monthly analytics report covering growth, engagement, lead generation, and best-performing posts.

-Suggest at least 5 new strategies per month for growth or engagement.

Content Repurposing & Events

-Maintain a festival content bank and repurpose high-performing content.

-Plan and execute 2 engagement activities/month (quizzes, games, giveaways, live product showcases).

-Collaborate with niche micro-influencers for marketing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential

-Proven experience in social media management (1–3 years preferred) for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

-Strong grasp of content scheduling tools (Metricool preferred, Hootsuite/Buffer acceptable).

-Knowledge of content optimization for engagement and reach.

-Excellent written communication in English & Hindi (Gujarati is a plus).

-Understanding of lead tracking systems and inquiry follow-up.

-Basic knowledge of Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager.

-Creativity in ideating viral content and festival-based campaigns.

-Eye for aesthetics and brand consistency.

-Graphic Designing (Canva)

-Experience in influencer outreach.

-Knowledge of jewellery industry or devotional content.

Educational Qualification

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or equivalent.

-(Diploma + strong portfolio will also be considered.)

Nature of Work

-Full-time role with hybrid flexibility (5 days per week in-office after training period).

-Work hours: 10 AM – 7 PM IST (Monday – Saturday).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
