We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and vibe-matching Social Media Manager who can bring energy, positivity, and fresh ideas to our team. If you understand social trends, enjoy storytelling, and know how to keep audiences hooked, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
• Ideate, plan, and execute social media campaigns from start to finish.
• Stay updated on trends, Reels formats, and viral content ideas.
• Manage community engagement through DMs, comments, and stories.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content of hampers, packing, and brand activities.
• Consistently bring fresh, original content ideas to the table.
• Design carousels, creatives, and social media posts using Canva.
• Edit short-form videos for Reels, Shorts, and Stories.
• Write engaging captions (copywriting skills are a plus).
• Update the company website with new products, content, and offers.
• Create Instagram posts, LinkedIn posts, YouTube content, and more to grow brand presence.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and growth strategies.
• Proficiency in Canva and basic video/Reel editing.
• Must own an iPhone for content capture.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Positive, collaborative personality — someone who can match the team’s vibe.
• Flexibility to work extra hours during festive seasons.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
