Social Media Manager

Job Title: Social media manager Location: Mumbai (Western line) Employment Type: Full-Time  We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Manager to administer our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original content, managing posts, and engaging with followers to grow our online presence and strengthen our brand. As a Social Media Manager, you should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively. You should be up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends, with the ability to handle our social media presence, ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement. Responsibilities: * Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy * Define the most important social media KPIs * Create and curate engaging content for all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) * Schedule and publish posts consistently * Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams * Monitor SEO and user engagement, and suggest content optimization * Communicate with followers and respond to queries in a timely manner * Analyze campaign performance and provide monthly reports * Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media Requirements: * Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role * Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media platforms * Hands-on experience with content management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) * Solid understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media KPIs * Excellent copywriting and communication skills * Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video) * Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred) 📧 Send your resume and portfolio (don’t forget your best videos!) 👉 careers@pscsglobal.in Subject Line: Social media manager – Application
