Social Media Manager

We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our team in Rishikesh. This role involves managing our digital presence across platforms, creating engaging content, and collaborating with influencers to enhance our brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Create and post daily content including photos, videos, reels, and stories
• Take aesthetically pleasing and high-quality photos and videos during classes, events, and campus life
• Design eye-catching content using Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Coordinate and collaborate with influencers for brand promotions and content partnerships
• Reach out to potential content creators and influencers for collaborations
• Plan and maintain a content calendar for consistent and strategic posting
• Engage with the online community by responding to messages, comments, and DMs
• Coordinate with our clients - Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) students for interviews, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers) and adjust strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with the internal team to align content with campaigns and brand messaging

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role
• Skilled in photo and video capture/editing
• Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with influencer outreach and collaboration
• A creative and interactive mindset with attention to detail
• Experienced working with yoga clients
• Must be willing to relocate and work full-time in Rishikesh

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
