Social Media Manager

We are seeking a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Executive to enhance our jewellery brand’s online presence. The role involves managing social media platforms, creating visually stunning content, and engaging with customers to drive brand visibility, customer loyalty, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to luxury jewellery branding.
• Plan, create, and post high-quality content (product shoots, reels, stories, behind-the-scenes, styling videos) across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Collaborate with photographers, designers, and influencers to highlight new collections, craftsmanship, and brand aesthetics.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in luxury branding.
• Run paid ad campaigns targeting jewellery buyers and manage ad budgets effectively.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries, ensuring excellent customer interaction.
• Manage influencer collaborations, styling shoots, and brand tie-ups to boost reach.
• Track KPIs such as engagement, followers, leads, and conversions, and prepare performance reports.
• Work closely with the sales & showroom team to promote seasonal offers, new launches, and events.

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Fashion/Design, or related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in luxury, fashion, or jewellery brands.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube for luxury product marketing.
• Creative eye for jewellery styling, photography, and storytelling.
• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Coral Draw, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of influencer marketing and online consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and branding skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
