Social Media Manager Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our growing digital marketing agency. This role is perfect for someone who loves trends, storytelling, and building strong online communities. Along with managing client accounts, youll also get the chance to work across our in-house podcast studio and photography studio , bringing fresh ideas to life through content, shoots, and collaborations. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client goals. Create detailed monthly content calendars and POAs (Plans of Action). Build trend-based content buckets to keep brand voices relevant and engaging. Content & Campaigns Coordinate with the creative team for visuals, photography, and video production. Actively participate in podcasts and shoots, contributing ideas and ensuring content is optimized for social platforms. Run and monitor ad campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions. Analytics & Growth Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics across platforms. Identify opportunities for growth by monitoring competitor activity and platform trends. Continuously refine strategies based on insights and results. Client Communication & Collaboration Coordinate with clients to understand their brand voice, objectives, and audience. Present monthly plans, performance reports, and innovative ideas. Bring an open mindset and initiative to suggest new campaigns, formats, and approaches. Creativity & Innovation Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices. Experiment with new content formats such as reels, interactive posts, and live sessions. Collaborate with the podcast and photography teams to generate fresh, engaging content.
