Social Media Manager (Offshore)

Job Summary:

Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to support marketing objectives (product launches, events, promotions)
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, video, reels, stories, etc.)
• Monitor and respond to audience interactions, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with design, content, and Creative teams to ensure brand consistency
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance (engagement, reach, followers, conversions)
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices in social media marketing
• Manage the social media calendar and ensure timely delivery of content
• Run paid social campaigns and optimize

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creativity and ability to generate fresh, engaging content
• Familiarity with social media tools
• Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics)
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills is a plus (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)

• Experience with paid social media advertising
• Influencer marketing knowledge
• Photography or videography skills
• SEO and blog promotion understanding
