At Nutrition in Sync by Rashi Chowdhary, we’re building a movement around women-first nutrition and hormone health—through content that educates, inspires, and converts. We're now looking for a Social Media Manager who can lead the way in helping both our founder and brand pages grow organically yet intelligently, through highly relevant, trend-aligned, and insight-driven content.

We’re looking for a hands-on social media professional who thrives in the fast-moving world of wellness trends. This isn’t a passive posting role—you’ll spot trends early, act fast, and align them with our brand’s voice.

What you’ll do:

• Spot & research trends in nutrition, mental health, and women’s wellness.
• Plan and execute platform-specific strategies (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Facebook).
• Build monthly content calendars & manage weekly sprints.
• Track and report performance using HubSpot, analytics, and CRM insights.
• Supervise community management to ensure timely, quality responses.
• Support lead generation through campaigns, link-in-bio updates, and content funnels.
• Confidently use tools like Hootsuite, AI tools, Manychat & Google Analytics.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio of health, wellness, or women-centric brands
• Deep understanding of how to build brand voice while keeping up with trends
• Strong planning and time management skills to balance structured calendars with ad hoc, trendy content
• Solid grasp of Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn dynamics, along with short-form video content strategy (for Reels and YouTube Shorts)
• Comfortable collaborating with the team of response manager, designer/ editors, and strategists
• Bonus: If you have video editing skills or experience working closely with video editors, and familiarity with lead nurturing campaigns and digital funnel thinking
