Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager with a strong focus on video content creation. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of a video-first social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook. You will be responsible for end-to-end video production – from scripting and filming to editing and publishing – to drive audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement a robust social media strategy with a strong emphasis on short-form and long-form video content (e.g., Reels, YouTube Shorts).

Video Production (End-to-End)

Plan, script, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality video content tailored to each platform. Ensure content aligns with current trends and brand guidelines.

Scriptwriting & Storytelling

Craft compelling scripts and narratives that resonate with target audiences and communicate key messages clearly.

Hosting & Interviews

Conduct engaging interviews with stakeholders, including customers, developers, and team members. Comfortable on-camera presence is a plus.

Trend Monitoring & Innovation

Stay up to date on platform algorithm changes, trending content formats, and emerging platforms to keep our strategy innovative and competitive.

Community Engagement

Manage interactions across platforms, respond to comments and messages, and foster a loyal and engaged community.

Performance Analytics

Track and analyze content performance metrics (engagement, views, reach, growth, conversions) and apply insights to optimize future content.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to maintain brand consistency and align content with broader campaigns.

Qualifications:

4–6+ years of proven experience in social media management with a focus on video content creation.

Strong expertise in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools).

Deep understanding of social platforms, video formats, and performance algorithms.

Excellent storytelling skills and creative vision.

Confident both behind and in front of the camera.

Strong project management and communication skills.
